Congratulations! This is the first step in arranging the active adventure of your dreams! Our secure online reservations form is a great way to send us your payment information outside of our office hours. This form will be sent directly to our reservations team who will carefully process your payment manually. You will always receive a personalized payment confirmation email indicating the dollar amount charged. For European trip payments, we use the daily Euro exchange rate from Commonwealth Foreign Exchange to determine the exact US dollar amount of your payment. Your credit card will always be charged in US Dollars. We do not have the ability to charge in other currencies.

If you already have a reservation, and simply need to update your payment information, just leave us a note in the comments section below. All reservations are reviewed and processed by hand, and we will happily honor any special requests.
DEPOSIT REQUIRED AT TIME OF BOOKING:
European Tours – €500 Euros per person (Albania, Austria, Croatia, Czech Republic, France, Greece, Italy, Slovenia, Spain)
Tours Priced in US Dollars – $500 USD per person (Alaska, Baja, Costa Rica, Turkey, Vietnam), $1000 USD per person (Africa & South Africa)
Tours with non-refundable Deposits – $600 USD per person (Peru), €500 Euros per person (Portugal), Ecuador – Galapagos Islands: Generally a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the tour cost is required, but the deposit amount varies depending on the boat.
- If your trip begins MORE than 90 days from today, we will charge the required deposit for the number of participants indicated in the reservation form.
- If your trip begins LESS than 90 days from today, we will charge the full trip cost for the number of participants indicated in the reservation form.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your reservation more than 90 days before your trip’s start date, you will be refunded 50% of your deposit (unless you book a trip with a non-refundable deposit). If you cancel less than 90 days before your trip’s start date, which is also the date your final payment is due, the full payment is non-refundable. On the rare occasion when Nichols Expeditions must cancel a tour, all payments received to date will be refunded. Nichols Expeditions is not responsible for non-refundable airfare.
Your Final Tour Payment will be due 90 days prior to your tour’s start date, at this time the full amount will become non-refundable.
We strongly encourage purchasing a tour cancellation insurance policy. We have a recommended company, and will send the information with your Tour Confirmation Package.
