“I loved the trip!   The towns and places were beautiful – breathtaking often – and I felt like we had a very thorough experience of the Amalfi Coast. The accommodations were superb – comfortable, staff was helpful, and we always felt safe.  Everything worked with barely a hitch and your itinerary was precise and easy to understand.”

We had a wonderful time!  We really enjoyed the hiking, choice of locations and the hotels.   The trail maps and directions were helpful but having my trail app and google maps was really helpful also. Thanks again for all you did to make this a great trip!

Day 3 – AMALFI
Amalfi – Ravello Private transfer to Amalfi.
Never in your life have you climbed so many stairs! The road to reach Ravello from Amalfi is a long, never ending staircase with in between small, lovely hamlets. The route offers breathtaking views of the gulf. Ravello is called the balcony of the Costiera with good reason. It is a rather sleepy village with a beautiful villa to visit.

Day 4 – THE “TRAIL OF THE GODS”
Positano
The “Trail of the Gods” is the name given to the path that from Agerola (a village above Amalfi that can be reached with 20 minutes bus ride) that leads to Positano. It is a fairly long walk and it leaves you just enough time in Positano to spend some money in the fashionable boutiques of this fancy town and enjoy an ice cream before catching a boat back to Amalfi.

Day 5 – THE TIBERIO ROMAN VILLA
Capri
Capri is one of the most famous places in the world. And it is magic! Catch a boat to the island and spend 2 days there. A Funicular will take you to the upper town from the harbour. After check in, visit the archeological part of the island, by walking to the Tiberio Roman Villa along narrow alleys bordered by luscious gardens. On your way back, stop for a gelato on the piazzetta. It may be expensive, but you will see the jet set walk by!

Day 6 – MONTESOLARE

Anacapri
Catch the bus to Anacapri and then the chair-lift to Montesolare. The hike along the ridge is breathtaking! A sheer 300 meters drop straight into the bluest sea on one side, soft meadows covered with wild flowers on the other. The trail will lead you back to Anacapri in time for a late lunch, or bring a picnic. Take the bus back to your hotel in Capri.

Day 7 – POMPEII
Sorrento
